- "Services" refers to tourist SIM cards, eSIM plans, data connectivity services, and all related products offered by Friensy Mobile.
- "Products" includes physical SIM cards, eSIM digital profiles, and data plans.
- "Website" means https://friensy-mobile.com and all associated subdomains and pages.
- "Account" refers to the user account created on our website.
- "eSIM" means embedded SIM, a digital SIM card that can be activated remotely.
- "Physical SIM" means a traditional SIM card in physical form.
- "Activation" refers to the process of enabling mobile connectivity services.
- "Validity Period" means the duration for which the SIM card or eSIM plan remains active.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products and services. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

6. Orders and Purchases
6.1 Order Process

- You submit an offer to purchase products at the stated price
- We send an order confirmation email (this does not constitute acceptance)

- A contract is formed upon our acceptance of your order

6.3 Order Modifications and Cancellation
Orders can be modified or cancelled:
- eSIM Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not activated
- Physical SIM Orders: Can be cancelled before shipment
- Contact customer support immediately to request modifications or cancellations
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

7.3 Payment Processing

For eSIM purchases:
- QR code and activation instructions sent via email within 15 minutes
- Instant activation available
- No shipping required
- Valid for activation within 90 days of purchase
8.2 Physical SIM Delivery
For physical SIM cards:
- Airport Pickup: Available at Muscat International Airport daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Hotel Delivery: Delivered to Muscat hotels within 2 hours of check-in
- Shipping: International shipping available (delivery times vary by location)
8.3 Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
- Customs clearance delays
- Force majeure events
- Carrier delays
8.4 Service Activation
Services activate according to the following timelines:
- eSIM: Immediate upon QR code scan
- Airport Pickup SIM: Pre-activated before pickup
- Shipped SIM: Activated upon first use in Oman
9. Service Usage and Restrictions
9.1 Fair Usage Policy
"Unlimited" data plans are subject to fair usage policies:
- Intended for personal tourist use only
- Not for commercial resale or distribution
- Not for excessive automated downloads or streaming
- Network management policies may apply during congestion
9.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Spamming or mass communications
- Hacking, phishing, or security breaches
- Reselling or commercial redistribution
- Circumventing network security or controls
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassment or abusive communications
9.3 Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Exceed fair usage limits
- Provide fraudulent information
10. Validity Period and Renewal
SIM cards and eSIM plans have specified validity periods:
- Validity begins upon activation
- Services expire at the end of the validity period
- No automatic renewal (one-time purchase only)
- Unused data does not roll over or carry forward
- Extensions may be available by purchasing a new plan
11. Refunds and Returns
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and returns. Key points include:
- eSIM refunds available within 24 hours if not activated
- Physical SIM refunds available if unused and returned within 7 days
- No refunds for activated services or partially used data
- Technical issues resolved through support, not automatic refunds
12. Intellectual Property Rights
12.1 Our Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images
- Software, code, design elements
- Trademarks, service marks
- Product names and descriptions
are the property of Friensy Mobile or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

- Verifying device compatibility before purchase
- Following activation instructions correctly
- Maintaining security of your account and SIM card
- Complying with Omani laws and regulations
- Ensuring your device is unlocked for international use
- Protecting your personal information and devices
- Reporting lost or stolen SIM cards immediately
14. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- We make no warranties regarding service availability, speed, or coverage
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
- We are not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or speed variations
- We are not responsible for third-party telecommunications provider actions
14.1 No Warranty
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Friensy Mobile, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Unauthorized use of your account

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Oman

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Friensy Mobile regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
21. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- Material changes will be notified via email or website notice
- Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
- You should review Terms periodically
22. Assignment
